Comfort 24/7 will communicate with you by telephone, SMS or email. Comfort 24/7 is a one stop service which has previously only been available to fleet and company car users. Budget Car Leasing Ltd have now made this available to include private car users for an annual fee of £99.00 + VAT.

All new vehicles include a full UK Manufacturers warranty as standard and at least 12 months roadside assistance and recovery. Additional years AA or RAC breakdown cover can be added to the contract if required.
For complete cover a maintenance package can be included in the contract for a fixed monthly cost.
Maintenance packages include routine servicing, replacement tyres and other repair costs that might be required, and are supplied by the funder of the vehicle. To keep you mobile 365 days a year, a relief vehicle is an optional service in the event of a mechanical or accidental breakdown for an additional fixed monthly charge.
If you have included maintenance in your contract you will receive a specific contact number from the finance company through which you can book your vehicle into a local approved garage.
